NOTES & TIPS

I highly recommend using ripe frozen bananas not fresh ones as they make for better texture and it enhances the taste and natural sweetness. Use almond or peanut butter for this recipe. Vanilla extract is optional, however, if you want sweetness, additional health benefits and more calories add some dates! This smoothie can be taken as a drink in a glass or as a base to your smoothie bowl. It’s best to have your smoothie on the same day and make a fresh one whenever you want one. Have fun with it and make your own modifications to suit your health goals.
Enjoy!
